Woodea

Woodea is a sustainable construction start-up. Born in 2022 with serial entrepreneurs and raised 1,4M euros from top-BA and we are currently working on 2 construction projects and 1 Design & Build Project (12M€) and with many more on the pipeline within just 1 year since our founding. Woodea works on 4 domains and on an innovative process: Mass timber, Lean Methodology, Digitalization and Industrialization by Components. We have several crises to solve: climate, housing production, low productivity and high costs. Sustainable housing can be built, but the pace of construction is insufficient to meet the housing needs of the next 50 years and very expensive for the vast majority of the population, and the traditional construction method is very polluting. Only improving productivity this trilemma can be solved
